Getting There Faster wtih MDL® Discovery Predictive Science

Absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET) are critical properties studied in drug discovery and design. More than 60% of all compounds fail in development and clinical trials because of adverse ADMET characteristics. Fortunately, with higher throughput assays, more observed data, and better predictive models, researchers can now assess ADMET properties earlier in the discovery process, potentially reaping substantial savings in research time and costs.

Figure 1. This Partek plot displays the correlation among 60 assays. Red is perfectly correlated. The dark band highlights the 6 CNS assays.
