Available using industry standard ISIS technology and online via DiscoveryGate®
MDL Screening Compounds Directory is available in-house in the Relational Chemical Gateway format using the industry standard technologies MDL ISIS and Oracle. This is the same platform and user interface familiar to customers of MDL® Available Chemicals Directory, with the field-tested search and display capabilities of the ISIS finders. MDL SCD is available online via the powerful DiscoveryGate® content platform from Elsevier MDL. When using MDL SCD within the DiscoveryGate framework, scientist can query the Compound Index database to find the breadth of information available for a compound, including bioavailability, toxicity, drug reports, and synthetic methods.
